Families are invoiced one month in advance on the 15th of each month and fees are expected to be paid within 10 days of the invoice being raised.

Please be aware that the end of the day collection is 5:55pm. This allows the staff to be able to offer you a handover and share any information they need to about your child’s day and for you to have the chance to ask any questions or raise any concerns you may have before the nursery closes at 6:00pm.

Please could you ensure you always inform us if your child is away due to illness/hospital appointments etc. Please also let us know in advance if you are taking a holiday or having a day off for some family time.
All absences or holidays taken during term time must be paid for. Unfortunately we are unable to offer replacement sessions for any sessions that are missed. Extra ad hoc sessions may be available on request but will always be charged at the normal rate. Arrears will not be tolerated, children may lose their place if arrears continue and court action can be taken to recover any outstanding fees.

 

Late Pick up Fee

After 10 minutes you will be charged a late pickup fee of £15.00 and a charge of £1.00 for every minute after the initial 10 minutes, which will be invoiced to you
